Anthony Davis had to exit the Lakers' loss to the Heat due to a groin injury.
Anthony Davis has been one of the best defensive players in the NBA to start the season, being the crucial anchor of the Lakers' defense.
Unfortunately, he seemed to pick up a groin injury in the Lakers' loss against the Miami Heat,
causing the Lakers star to sit out for most of the second half and concerning fans around the world.
Davis has explained how the injury happened.
Off the spin move, just awkward, spazzed up. I felt fine coming out of halftime, then it just spazzed up again.
Then went to get it wrapped up, felt fine for a longer stint, then kinda just spazzed up again.
The injury being a non-contact one has concerned fans, as these kinds of injuries can take a while to heal.
