Courteney Cox honors ‘Friends' co-star Matthew Perry with post: ‘I miss you every day

Courteney Cox paid tribute to her longtime friend and on-screen husband Matthew Perry.

Cox wrote on Instagram on Tuesday afternoon, "I am so grateful for every moment I had with you Matty and I miss you every day," along with a video of one of the co-stars' most well-known exchanges from "Friends."

I wish I could share a million moments like the ones I had with Matthew, when you work with someone so closely. Here is one of my current favorites.

Cox shared a snippet from the Season 4 moment in which Perry's Chandler Bing and her character Monica Geller's more-than-friends connection is initially disclosed, showing the two sharing a bed a

David Schwimmer as Ross Geller walks into the room. A blooper from the moment, in which Perry gave Cox an extra line, was also included in the clip.

In brief, Chandler and Monica were originally intended to have a one-night affair in London. However, as a result of the response from the viewers, it turned into the start of their love tale," Cox stated in the post. "He whispered a humorous line for me to say in this scene before we started filming. That was something he did a lot. He was nice and humorous."
