Being a blended family's reality—especially with four teenagers—is something Gwyneth Paltrow is talking about. The actress-turned-entrepreneur opened up about her experience of moving four teenagers into one house in a recent interview with People. 

Apple and Moses are Paltrow's two children, and Brody and Isabella, Paltrow's spouse, are her two teenagers. Nobody explains how to accomplish it, and it's difficult and nonsensical. You simply have to persevere," she told the magazine. It's one of the things in my life that makes me the happiest right now.

Paltrow appreciates the moments when life in the "Faltrow" home slows down, despite the fact that her wellness and lifestyle brand Goop keeps her busy and booked. 

Her favourite French pop music plays in the background during family dinners, and she enjoys watching murder mystery shows in Europe to cap off her evenings.

Falchuk and family will soon be "free birds," with Apple and Isabella having already left for college and Moses and Brody arriving soon. In an attempt to persuade myself that there is some sort of bright side, I'm trying to reframe things," she remarked. 

Empty Nest seems so solitary and depressing. Paltrow is prepared for her next phase, whether they are free spirits or empty-nesters: She declared, "I think life comes in chapters, especially for women." "For me, this is truly going to be a new chapter.
