Kate Middleton and Prince William Celebrated King Charles's Birthday With the Sweetest Throwback Photos
To King Charles, who turned 75 today, congratulations are in due. In addition to the bell ceremony that took place at Westminster Abbey, Prince William and Kate Middleton also provided a heartfelt homage to the monarch.
In addition to more recent pictures of the family, the Cambridges shared a charming tweet featuring a vintage picture of William and Charles on a ski vacation. Greetings on the occasion of His Majesty the King's 75th birthday!
William and Kate's group posted on Instagram and X. Additionally, they included a joyful birthday cake emoji for a little humour in the pictures. According to People, William and his pleased parents are shown in this vintage après-ski photo from their 2004 trip to Klosters, Switzerland.
During a state visit to France in September with Queen Camilla, Charles was pictured in the second photo in the article planting a tree at the residence of the British ambassador. The final image was captured in June during this year's Trooping the Colour event.
Along with King Charles, Queen Camilla, and the Cambridge children—George, Charlotte, and Louis—it featured William and Kate. The official royal family social media page also honoured Charles's birthday, although it did so with a montage film in the vein of the greatest hits, rather than a heartfelt photo album.
The video clip featured significant events such as Charles's investiture ceremony in 1969 and his marriage to Camilla in 2005. The video featured cameos from Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Charles's three siblings, William, and Harry.
