Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Kids Recorded a Birthday Message for King Charles

The Telegraph claims that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's children, Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2, wrote the king a heartfelt greeting to mark the occasion. King Charles celebrated his 75th birthday earlier this week. Prince Harry did not go across the Atlantic for the celebrations.

The site adds that Harry and Charles had a "transatlantic phone call" that day and that it was a "warm conversation," despite rumours that the two had become more aloof after Spare.

Royal fans may have some optimism that the king and the Duke of Sussex may reconcile after The Telegraph notes that this chat was a "turning point" for the father-son team and that there are more scheduled calls for the following week.

Regarding the video call from the children, the article clarified that Meghan conversed with their grandfather on his special day, and Archie and Lilibet sang "Happy Birthday" to him.

The Telegraph added that "a weight lifted from [the King's] shoulders" was the outcome of the call and the evident affection between the Sussexes and the royal family. But not everything is sunshine and rainbows on the other side of the water.

Regarding the brothers' strained relationship, Scobie told People, "Absolutely nothing has changed." "I interpreted Harry's Spare release as his final effort to express to his family the feelings he has had for a long time.
