Who better to kick off Fashion Month with a bang than Naomi Campbell, who has a legendary career both on and off the runway? The supermodel is making a comeback at New York Fashion Week wearing something that is uniquely her. She has worn everything from slinky gowns to chainmail slips.
She created a stunning piece for her final performance, whereby she wore an entirely translucent black gown adorned with rhinestones. Campbell liberated her nipple on the runway while sporting a black pant suit.
With her debut collection for PrettyLittleThing, Campbell opened New York Fashion Week on Tuesday night, looking stunning and obscenely nude. She paired the second-skin gown with black pointed-toe heels and silver hoops earrings.
She wore her dark raven hair straight and sleek with a part in the middle, accessorising with pink cheeks, a luminous, contoured face, and a dramatic, sparkling eye. Even the iconic supermodel admits to getting "nervous" after launching her partnership with PrettyLittleThing, as People reported.
She told the outlet, "I just wanted to make sure the girls were okay, that they could walk okay, and that everyone is going to be strong and poised." "I was telling them to be strong, strong, powerful, and to be themselves and exhibit their individuality.
Working together, they made sure everyone was at ease and confident at all times. The collaborator said, "I wanted them to show their personality, but yet be strong at the same time." "I was more concerned about the girls, and how they looked and felt," she said in closing.
